Thanks to its deep knowledge of all unitary operations and fermentation processes, De Smet Engineers & Contractors (DSEC)<\/strong> is the ideal partner\u00a0for scaling-up processes from start-up\u2019s, investors or international key players.<\/p>\n

Working in close collaboration with technology platforms where processes are tested from lab to demo scale, DSEC is able to design and implement new facilities related to bio-refineries, but also all related process auxiliaries and utilities (Balance Of Plant \u2013 BoP).<\/p>\n

DSEC has and is currently involved in various bio-chemicals plants projects, in studies or execution phases, including among others, Propanediol (PDO), glycerol valorization, Ethyl Acetate or Cyrene.<\/p>\n
