Le sch\u00e9ma d&rsquo;\u00e9puration du gaz de synth\u00e8se doit \u00eatre d\u00e9fini au cas par cas, car il d\u00e9pend \u00e0 la fois des caract\u00e9ristiques de la mati\u00e8re premi\u00e8re et de la technologie de gaz\u00e9ification.<\/p>\n<p>En aval du gaz de synth\u00e8se purifi\u00e9 et conditionn\u00e9, la synth\u00e8se et la distillation du m\u00e9thanol sont des proc\u00e9d\u00e9s standard et \u00e9prouv\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Le proc\u00e9d\u00e9 de production de biom\u00e9thanol par <strong>gaz\u00e9ification<\/strong> comprend g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>R\u00e9ception, stockage et manutention de la biomasse<\/li>\n<li>Criblage, broyage et s\u00e9chage<\/li>\n<li>Gaz\u00e9ification<\/li>\n<li>Reformage des goudrons et refroidissement du gaz de synth\u00e8se avec r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration de chaleur<\/li>\n<li>D\u00e9poussi\u00e9rage et lavage du gaz de synth\u00e8se<\/li>\n<li>\u00c9limination des gaz acides et lits de garde<\/li>\n<li>Conversion du gaz \u00e0 l&rsquo;eau (water-gas shift) pour le conditionnement du gaz de synth\u00e8se<\/li>\n<li>Compression du gaz de synth\u00e8se<\/li>\n<li>Boucle de synth\u00e8se du m\u00e9thanol<\/li>\n<li>Distillation du m\u00e9thanol en qualit\u00e9 carburant ou chimique<\/li>\n<li>Stockage et chargement<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Comme alternative \u00e0 la gaz\u00e9ification, le <strong>biogaz issu de la digestion ana\u00e9robie<\/strong> constitue \u00e9galement une mati\u00e8re premi\u00e8re adapt\u00e9e \u00e0 la production de biom\u00e9thanol.
