Behind the Scenes at DSEC: Promoting Sustainable Mobility

In April, De Smet Engineers & Contractors (DSEC) had the pleasure of welcoming the WALDORADO‑TV crew for the filming of a feature dedicated to sustainable workplace mobility.

As part of this segment, Michèle Ceuppens, Head of Human Resources at DSEC, was interviewed to share the company’s vision and concrete initiatives promoting soft mobility. She highlighted DSEC’s participation in the PME Bike Coaching program, recently launched by AKT for Wallonia, and explained how this initiative supports both employees’ well-being and the company’s sustainability objectives.

Two DSEC colleagues also took part in the filming. They shared their personal experiences and illustrated the company’s strong commitment to encouraging alternative and more sustainable commuting solutions.

At DSEC, mobility is considered more than a logistical matter: it is a key driver for improving quality of life, fostering employee engagement, and contributing to a more sustainable future.
