Reliability through experience
Circularity
Circularity
The transition toward a circular economy requires industrial processes capable of recovering, transforming and reintegrating materials into productive value chains. DSEC supports this transformation through the design and implementation of industrial facilities dedicated to resource recovery, material valorization and circular manufacturing.
Our Circularity activities focus on the development of process plants that convert industrial, agricultural and consumer waste streams (MSW, plastics, etc …) into new raw materials, chemicals and intermediates (LA, MEG, PTA, etc …).
Leveraging our expertise in process engineering, we design integrated production systems encompassing feedstock preparation, material separation, treatment and conversion processes, product purification and related utilities. Particular attention is given to material balances, process efficiency, operational reliability, safety and scalability.
Circularity projects frequently involve complex and heterogeneous feedstocks whose characteristics can vary significantly over time. We therefore place a strong emphasis on process flexibility, equipment robustness and energy efficiency.
By transforming underutilized resources into valuable industrial feedstocks, circular processes contribute to both sustainability objectives and long-term economic competitiveness.
We engineer industrial facilities that close material loops, recover value from underutilized resources and enable the next generation of circular manufacturing.
