DSEC purchased SNC-Lavalin Belgium, now called De Smet Agro
De Smet Engineers & Contractors (DSEC) is pleased to announce that it has purchased 100% of the shares of SNC-Lavalin SA, the Belgian entity of the SNC-Lavalin Group.
The company has now been renamed into De Smet Agro SA and is an Engineering Company delivering plants, equipment and services to the Fertilisers Industry, both on the phosphate and the nitrogen routes.
Its 30 members will reinforce DSEC’s position in a field that is strategic to us in our constant quest toward providing the world with sustainable technologies.
